The Annual General Meeting will be hosted by McMaster University on October 14 – 15, 2016. The meeting will take place in the Skylight Room of the Commons Building.
Overview
The neutron beam community will discuss its future in the light of the expected closure of the NRU reactor in 2018. Representatives of foreign neutrons sources and the McMaster Nuclear Reactor will discuss how Canadians can conduct neutron scattering at their facilities in the future. In addition, the University of Saskatchewan will present its initiatives in neutron scattering. All CINS members are encouraged to attend, including graduate students and post-doctoral fellows.
