2012 CINS Annual General Meeting Announcement
AccommodationPlease book your room online at the Four Points by Sheraton St. Catharines by September 28 to take advantage of the lower rate and help CINS in planning this event. Guests can access the site to learn more about the event and to book, modify, or cancel a reservation from August 14, 2012 to October 26, 2012. Poster SessionTo support the objectives of this meeting, please bring a research poster exhibiting research for which neutron beams have been helpful. Brock Campus: Location, Parking, WirelessA campus map can be found here. When you arrive Friday, stop in the atrium of the new Cairn's building (building 35) for a name tag. A Brock student will be happy to guide you to Alphie's Trough (building 13) for Friday evening's events. Saturday, we'll be in Pond Inlet, in D block, right behind the Cairns building. Parking in Zone 1 (A): We have 20 parking passes for Zone 1 at a reduced rate of $6.00 for both Friday (starting after 4:30PM) and Saturday (all day). Pick them up when you arrive a Cairns. Otherwise, it will be $6.00 each day, payable at the automated kiosk in D-lot. Ask a Brock grad student to help you. Brock has eduroam wireless networking available.
